School Administration Officer

We are seeking a dynamic, young professional who can subscribe to our vision, mission, and values to join our Administration and Facilities team as part of the Innoventures Education group of schools.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the School Administration Manger, the School Administrative Officer is responsible for the efficient management of the school’s facilities and resources and supporting day-to-day school activities and routines.

To be successful in this role, you should be detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture. Candidates must have the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities and not lose their nerve under pressure.

Key responsibilities

· Respond to and assist with enquiries from students, parents, staff and the community.

· Assist staff with the preparation of school documents, internal and external publications and learning materials using computer applications and other office equipment.

· Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to health & safety, security and confidentiality, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.

· Operate and ensure the upkeep of office and/or classroom equipment and machinery
