Senior Project ManagerGeneral Location: Abu Dhabi Occupancy: full time We are currently sourcing for a Senior Manager (Corporate & Compliance), for our client based in Abu Dhabi: Major Job Responsibilities will include but not limited to: • Lead Corporate Planning & Compliance function which includes Corporate planning, PMO, KPI development & management, Compliance, Integrated Management Systems, Health & Safety and reporting. While aiming at improving the corporate operational performance excellence to deliver group’s vision and long term objectives. Liaise with the outsourced audit agency and undertake special audits & investigations as per management directives. • Ensure group level long term strategic direction from Board and Chairman is cascaded to all business units and departments and support them in developing respective annual operating plans. • Work with respective Business Units and functional leaders to help shape their priorities. Provide extensive support on feasibility, analysis and implications of business plans, initiatives and proposals. • Work closely with Senior Management, to help shape the initiatives that build into the companys overall strategic priorities. Provide significant input to the design and delivery of ongoing initiatives ensuring high-quality internal controls. • Establish an organization-wide program management approach for management and reporting of strategic & operational initiatives, BU performance, Principal Compliance, business continuity, business excellence, etc. • Lead and manage projects to implement robust right-size PMO processes to ensure adherence and improvement of project controls and delivery. • Establish frameworks and standards, creating a center of excellence for Project Management. Tracking and reporting milestones, deliverables, resources and timelines for all projects across the organization. • Define and implement an effective framework that addresses key compliance requirements of the Principals and Regulators thereby contributing to enhancing the compliance management process within the organization. Act as the focal point for all compliance reviews/audits conducted by the Principal or external agencies and ensure that the organization’s position and interests are safe-guarded.
