Description

Responsibilities:

Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms with high accuracy and efficiency.
Verify and review data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards and guidelines.
Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality control procedures to ensure data integrity and reliability.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper records in an orderly and accessible manner.
Retrieve and extract information from various sources, documents, and files as needed.
Assist in generating reports, charts, and graphs based on data analysis and interpretation.
Collaborate with team members to address data-related issues, discrepancies, and inquiries.
Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive data and information.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance data entry skills and knowledge of relevant software applications.
Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or managers.
