We are looking for a Fresh School Receptionist to join our educational institution in Dubai. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a welcoming personality to start a career in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors with a positive and welcoming attitude
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
Manage daily attendance records and update student information
Handle inquiries from parents and students, providing relevant information or directing them to the correct personnel
Assist in scheduling appointments for parents and staff meetings
Distribute school communications, such as newsletters and notices, to parents and staff
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies
Support administrative staff with day-to-day tasks as needed
Requirements:

Fresh graduate or high school diploma
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor when dealing with students, parents, and staff
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Previous experience in a school or office environment is a plus but not required
