Job Title: Storekeeper

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Storekeeper. The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and storing goods, and ensuring the efficient operation of our storage facilities.

Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming supplies, materials, and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions using computerized systems.
Perform regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with records and identify discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage and organization of items to maximize space utilization and facilitate easy retrieval.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for replenishment as needed.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding deliveries and returns.
Prepare and package items for shipment according to established procedures.
Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and minimize risk in the storage area.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Storekeeper or similar role.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate material handling equipment.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
