As a Packing Helper, you will play an essential role in the final stage of our production process, ensuring that our products are packaged and prepared for distribution efficiently and with the utmost care. Responsibilities:
Assist in the packaging and labeling of food products according to company specifications.
Inspect products for quality and compliance with packaging standards.
Operate packaging machinery and equipment under supervision.
Monitor packaging materials and report shortages or issues to the supervisor.
Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of products for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the disposal of packaging waste.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in maintaining inventory records of packaging materials and finished products.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a packing or manufacturing role is preferred but not required.
Attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
