Room Attendant / House-Keeping

Description

Responsibilities:

Clean and tidy guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest room amenities.
Perform general cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
Ensure all assigned rooms are in good condition and meet hygiene standards.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of cleaning products.
Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements:

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Physical stamina for extended periods of walking, standing, and lifting.
