Job Opportunity: Office Boy / Girl

We are currently seeking proactive and reliable individuals to join our team as Office Boys / Girls in Dubai. The Office Boys / Girls will assist with various office tasks and ensure a smooth-running work environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, including common areas, meeting rooms, and pantry.
Assist in preparing and serving beverages and snacks for meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries.
Perform photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents as needed.
Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery and pantry items.
Assist with setting up and arranging office equipment and furniture.
Support office staff with miscellaneous tasks and errands.
Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements:

Previous experience as an office boy / girl or in a similar role is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
