Job Opportunity: Bus Attendant
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are currently seeking a responsible and friendly individual to join our team as a Bus Attendant in Dubai. The Bus Attendant will ensure the safety and comfort of passengers while providing excellent customer service during transportation.

Responsibilities:

Greet passengers as they board the bus and assist with seating.
Ensure all passengers are safely seated and wearing seat belts.
Provide information about the bus route, stops, and schedule.
Assist passengers with disabilities or special needs.
Monitor passenger behavior and maintain a calm and orderly atmosphere.
Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues or complaints.
Ensure the bus is clean and organized before and after each trip.
Collaborate with the bus driver to ensure safe and efficient transportation.
Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Maintain accurate records of passenger counts and incidents.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a bus attendant or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Good physical stamina and mobility to assist passengers as needed.
Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
