Job Opportunity: Construction Supervisor
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Construction Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The Construction Supervisor will oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
Plan and schedule construction activities, resources, and manpower.
Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a construction supervisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
