 Managing the Social Media team; liaising between the clients and the team, assigning tasks accordingly.
 Knowledge on how to Photo and Video Editing is advantage.
 Interact and manage social media feedback, requests, inquiries as per company approval and policy.
 Creating pitches and presenting them to potential clients.
 Creating and presenting strategies for tactical or seasonal campaigns.
 Managing the social media pages and growing the social media presence of our clients.
 Engaging with the audience by reaching out to potential target market, responding to comments & inquiries on their social media pages, and reposting mentions and tags on social media.
 Content Calendar Creation.
 Creating, writing and organizing content ideas for the graphic design team to execute.
 Monitoring social media performance and creating end-of-the-month social media reports.
 Coordinate with Project manager regarding status of online presence, video shoot, content creation, etc.
 Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements.
 Formulate strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
 Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media. (IG, TikTok, Linkedin, YouTube, etc.)
 To increase company and brand awareness.
