Mechanical Engineer for Automobile Graduate
 Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labor allocation for day to day operations.
 Take ownership of the day-to-day performance, and ongoing training, of the Service Advisor team.
 Monitor customer satisfaction data and ensure that expected levels of performance are achieved.
