Job Opportunity: Bus Attendant
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Bus Attendant to join our transportation team in Dubai. The Bus Attendant will ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during their journey.

Responsibilities:

Greet passengers as they board the bus and assist them with finding seats.
Ensure all passengers are seated and wearing seat belts before the bus departs.
Maintain a safe and orderly environment on the bus.
Assist passengers with disabilities or special needs.
Monitor passenger behavior and address any issues or concerns.
Provide information to passengers about routes, schedules, and safety procedures.
Collect fares or tickets from passengers as required.
Keep the bus clean and organized, including disposing of trash and reporting any maintenance issues.
Communicate with the bus driver and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Bus Attendant or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and assist passengers during the journey.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
