Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols of the designated areas, both interior and exterior, to deter and detect any signs of intrusion or suspicious behavior.
Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and other security systems to promptly respond to any breaches or emergencies.
Enforce access control procedures by verifying the identity of individuals entering the premises and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance, investigating disturbances and taking appropriate action as necessary.
Report any security breaches, incidents, or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities and document all relevant information accurately.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing them to their destinations when required.
Perform routine inspections of security equipment and facilities to ensure they are in proper working condition and report any malfunctions for maintenance.
Collaborate with other security personnel and staff members to coordinate security measures and respond effectively to emergencies.
Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, representing the organization positively to both internal and external stakeholders.
Stay updated on security best practices, procedures, and regulations to continuously improve security measures and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or law enforcement is a plus.
Strong observational skills with the ability to detect and assess potential security threats effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with a diverse range of individuals.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with good judgment to make quick and sound decisions in emergency situations.
Physical fitness and stamina to perform regular patrols and respond swiftly to incidents as required.
Familiarity with security systems, surveillance equipment, and access control procedures.
Integrity and reliability, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as security operations may require.
