Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests by delivering friendly and efficient service.

Responsibilities:
Greet and escort customers to their tables with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
Take accurate food and drink orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs, including refilling drinks, clearing tables, and addressing any concerns.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination of orders and maintain high service standards.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Uphold company policies and procedures regarding food safety, sanitation, and service excellence.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of food and beverage pairings and menu items is an asset.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays of food or beverages as needed.
