Job Title: Hotel Driver

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a courteous and reliable individual to join our team as a Hotel Driver. The Hotel Driver will be responsible for providing transportation services to guests, ensuring their safety and comfort during their stay.

Responsibilities:
Safely transport guests to and from designated locations, including airports, train stations, and local attractions.
Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times, including regular cleaning and maintenance checks.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience throughout the journey.
Familiarize guests with hotel amenities, local attractions, and points of interest during transit.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations and follow safe driving practices at all times.
Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience as a professional driver, preferably in a hospitality or customer service environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Familiarity with local roads, traffic patterns, and attractions.
Ability to lift and carry luggage and assist guests with mobility needs.
Punctuality and reliability.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
