Responsibilities:
Assist customers in locating products and provide information on promotions
Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Stock shelves and ensure proper product placement
Check and manage inventory levels
Answer customer inquiries and address concerns
Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets
Follow company policies and procedures for safety and security

Requirements:
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry moderate loads
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
