We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring positive shopping experiences for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly as they enter the hypermarket, providing friendly and courteous assistance.
Assist customers with inquiries, product location, pricing, promotions, and general information about the hypermarket.
Handle customer complaints, concerns, and returns efficiently and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area, ensuring that the counters are well-stocked with bags, receipt paper, and other essentials.
Monitor and manage queues to minimize waiting times for customers, providing updates and assistance as needed.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, inventory, and management, to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
Promote hypermarket loyalty programs, special promotions, and offers to customers, encouraging participation and engagement.
Stay informed about product features, pricing, and availability, offering recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their preferences and needs.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, privacy, and security of customer information.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional education or training in customer service or retail management is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or a similar role preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers positively and resolve issues effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and handling customer inquiries.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
Positive attitude, patience, and empathy in dealing with customer concerns and inquiries.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on hypermarket hours of operation.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
