Job Opportunity: Store Clerk

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about providing excellent customer service? Join our team in Dubai as a Store Clerk and help us create a positive shopping experience for our customers!

* Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are stocked and organized.
Operate cash registers, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and issue receipts.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise.
Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism.
Follow store policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
Assist with restocking items and setting up displays.
Support store promotions and special events as needed.

* Requirements:

Previous experience as a store clerk or in a similar retail position is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technology.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
