Position: Store Clerk

Location: Dubai, UAE

Type: Full-time

Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about providing excellent customer service? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Clerks.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products and making purchases
Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves and arranging displays
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, counting, and restocking merchandise
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers

Requirements:
Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and proficiency in using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
