Description

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect new customers through calling, networking, and referrals.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services based on their requirements.
Present product demonstrations and conduct sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate sales contracts and terms to close deals and secure new business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote company products and services.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in a relevant industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
