Quality Controller

Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify conformance to specifications.
Identify and report quality issues, non-conformances, and deviations from standards.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality control activities.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Train and educate staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Participate in internal and external audits and assist in resolving audit findings.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and quality management practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of quality standards, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and quality management software.
