Naval Architect

Description

A local boat manufacturer company is looking for an experienced Naval Architect with following mandatory requirements.•Should be capable of preparing concept design based on client provided data and requirement. Concepts design which includes for proposal; •Design, research, construct, maintain, and repair ships and other marine vessels and installations. •Should be familiar with engineering phase, rules and regulations compliance, to approve drawings, to revise calculations, to assess and approve subcontractors, to evaluate supply agreement and to select equipment •Should be familiar with project management •Design and maintenance of working vessels such as rescue boats, ferries, yachts, warships, and merchant ships, including passenger liners, cargo ships and tankers. Responsible for the design and construction of offshore drilling platforms and other marine installations. •To have working knowledge of shipboard machinery, piping systems and propulsion system. •Hands on experience and knowledge in the use of MS Office, AutoCAD software systems. •Perform basic Naval Architecture calculationsPlease forward your resume at [email protected]
