Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Junior Accountant. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting and grow their career in finance.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Provide support for internal and external audits.
Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
CPA or relevant certification is a plus.
