Job Title: Packing Helper

Job Overview:
We are looking for hardworking and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Packing Helpers. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with packaging and preparing products for shipment in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
Assist in packing and labeling products according to company standards and customer requirements.
Inspect products for defects or damages before packing and notify supervisors of any issues.
Organize and maintain packaging materials and supplies.
Operate packaging machinery safely and efficiently, following proper procedures and guidelines.
Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in packing or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
