Position: Inventory Assistant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Type: Full-time

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in managing inventory and supplies? We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Inventory Assistant.

Responsibilities:
Assist with receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments of goods and supplies
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and records
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and stock movements using inventory management software
Assist in organizing and optimizing storage space to ensure efficient use of warehouse or storeroom
Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels
Assist with packing and preparing orders for shipment or delivery
Assist with periodic inventory audits and inspections

Requirements:
Previous experience in inventory management or a related field preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking and record-keeping
Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Physical stamina to lift and move inventory as needed
