Job Title: Helper

Responsibilities:

Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
Provide assistance to skilled workers, such as plumbers, electricians, or carpenters.
Follow instructions from supervisors and perform tasks efficiently.
Operate hand tools and machinery under supervision.
Assist in assembling and dismantling structures or equipment.
Transport materials and supplies to different locations within the work site.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

No formal education required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience as a helper or in a similar role is an advantage.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
