Responsibilities:

Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
Presenting menus and taking food and beverage orders accurately
Providing recommendations on menu items and specials
Serving food and beverages promptly and courteously
Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Handling payments and processing transactions accurately
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Assisting with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of tables
Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
Upholding high standards of hygiene and sanitation

Requirements:

Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Knowledge of food and beverage items and their preparation methods
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
