Company Profile- A well-established group of company dealing with Freight Forwarding is looking for a female Temporary Receptionist for 1 Month (November 27 to December 31), for their office in Dubai (Garhoud).Benefits- Salary- AED 3500. 8 AM to 6PM, 5 days workingResponsibilities- Should have good communication skills and telephone etiquettes. Manage incoming/outgoing couriers, etc, coordinate with other departments and for office supplies, knowledge in preparing LPO, quotations and invoice, Manage hotel/ travel bookings.Skills- Must be excellent in English and have good skills in MS Office, preparing power point presentations, reports, etc.Education- A degree holder.Interested candidates may please send us your resume with recent photograph
