Position: Day Care Staff

Location: Dubai, UAE

Are you passionate about early childhood education and providing a nurturing environment for young children? Join our team as Day Care Staff and play a key role in shaping the lives of our youngest learners.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and interact with children in a caring and supportive manner
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development
Create a safe and stimulating environment conducive to learning and exploration
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members
Maintain cleanliness and organization in classrooms and play areas
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
Follow licensing regulations and health and safety guidelines
Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s day and any concerns or achievements

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification preferred but not required
Prior experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting preferred
Passion for working with children and providing quality care and education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
