Key Responsibilities
· To receive customer calls such as placing orders, answer any inquiry, status of delivery, price, product specification.
· Keep a good and ethical working relationship with the customers
· Support sales and suppliers request
Job Descriptions
· Double check physical stock against system
· Placing and Up selling orders
· Processing samples requests and picking slips
· Prepare quotations for customers
· Checking updates of customers account
· To handle customers complaints.
The Successful Applicant
The role is 100% customers driven so you must be a go-better. It is essential that you have telesales/ call center experience in the field.
Additionally, the appropriate individual for this role must be well spoken in English
· The successful candidate must have 2 to 5 years’ experience in a customer service/telesales in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company.
· It is essential that you hold a College Degree.
· You must have developed strong selling/telesales capabilities and should be a team player.
