Description

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and meeting rooms.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or scrub floors as needed to remove dirt, stains, and debris.
Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures to remove dirt, dust, and smudges.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners, ensuring proper disposal of waste and recyclable materials.
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure they are free of streaks and smudges.
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in restrooms and other areas as needed.
Follow cleaning schedules and instructions provided by supervisors to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
Perform other cleaning duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Fluency in English is preferred.
