Job Description:
We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CCTV Operator. As a CCTV Operator, you will play a critical role in monitoring and ensuring the security of our premises through the use of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems.

Responsibilities:
Monitor live and recorded video footage using CCTV systems.
Identify and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
Operate and control surveillance cameras to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Collaborate with security personnel to respond to incidents promptly.
Maintain accurate records of activities and incidents.
Conduct routine checks on CCTV equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Assist in the investigation of security-related incidents.
Follow established protocols and procedures for CCTV operation.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge of security and privacy regulations.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification in CCTV operation or related field is a plus.
Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
