About Us:

We are currently seeking experienced and responsible individuals to join our team as Bus Drivers for Staff. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of our employees to and from designated locations.

Responsibilities:
Safely operate company-owned buses to transport staff members to and from designated locations, including office buildings, work sites, and other facilities.
Adhere to established routes, schedules, and pick-up/drop-off points, ensuring punctuality and reliability in transportation services.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus, checking for mechanical issues, cleanliness, and safety compliance, and reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during transit, following traffic laws, speed limits, and safety regulations, and providing assistance to passengers as needed.
Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, passenger counts, and other relevant information, completing logs and reports as required.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate schedules, report delays or incidents, and address passenger inquiries or concerns.
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the bus, including passengers with disabilities or special needs, and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.
Provide excellent customer service to staff members, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere during transportation journeys.
Keep the interior and exterior of the bus clean and well-maintained, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, and reporting any maintenance issues for prompt resolution.
Follow company policies and procedures, including dress code, safety protocols, and passenger conduct guidelines, at all times.

Requirements:
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with passenger (P) endorsement and a clean driving record required.
Previous experience as a bus driver or commercial driver preferred, with knowledge of bus operations, safety regulations, and defensive driving techniques.
Excellent driving skills, with the ability to navigate various road conditions, traffic patterns, and weather conditions safely and confidently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with passengers and colleagues.
Customer service-oriented attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring passenger satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure, prioritizing safety and efficiency at all times.
Flexibility to work variable hours and schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on transportation needs.
Physical stamina and strength to sit for extended periods, operate vehicle controls, and assist passengers with boarding and disembarking.
