Description

We seek a highly motivated and experienced trainer to develop and deliver training programs for call centre employees. The ideal candidate should be able to assess training needs, and design and deliver efficient training sessions.

Responsibilities:

.Develop and deliver training programs for call centre employees to improve their customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
.Assess the training needs of call centre employees and develop training plans accordingly
.Collaborate with the call centre management team to ensure that the training program meets the needs of the business
.Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and make necessary adjustments
.Provide coaching and feedback to call centre employees to reinforce training concepts
.Develop training materials such as handouts, presentations, and assessments
.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in call centre training

Qualifications:
.Master’s degree in education, training, or a related field
.Minimum of 3 years of experience in call centre training and development
.Familiar with UAE culture
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
.Should be a native speaker of English (Prefer Europeans)
.Ability to develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions
.Strong organizational and time management skills
