Urgently Requirement :Scope of work : Corrugated Machine Operator salary : Negotiable depends open experience Preferable Indian Nationality Experience : Minimum above 2 years in GCCJob :”Corrugation Machine Operator: 1) Tends machine that pulls thermosetting plastics sheeting materials through preheating oven and forming frames to form sheets to specifications: Turns dials on control panel to regulate specified temperatures in oven and molds. 2) Moves lever to regulate tension on sheeting. 3) Observes gauges to verify temperatures. 4) Observes width and alignment of sheeting to ensure flanging of sides. 5) Positions mold frame laterally in machine to correct alignment. 6) Feels stiffness and consistency of molded sheeting to detect machinery malfunctions. 7) Signals PLASTICS-SPREADING-MACHINE OPERATOR to synchronize feed of materials into molding process. 8) Replaces molds in frame to conform to product specifications. 9) Patches tears in film, using gummed tape.Scope of work : Corrugation Printing Machine Operator salary : Negotiable depends open experience Preferable Indian Nationality Experience : Minimum above 2 years in GCC Job : “Corrugated Printing Machine Operator” 1) Blend and test paint, inks, stains, and solvents according to types of material being printed and work order specifications. 2) Correct misprinted materials, using materials such as ink eradicators or solvents. 3) Examine job orders to determine details such as quantities to be printed, production times, stock specifications, colors, and color sequences. 4) Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects 5) Input instructions in order to program automated machinery, using a computer keyboard. 6) Load, position, and adjust unprinted materials on holding fixtures or in equipment loading and feeding mechanisms. 7) Monitor feeding, printing, and racking processes of presses in order to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions; make any necessary adjustments. 8) Monitor stocks of materials such as paper, ink, and metal in order to maintain supplies during equipment operation.Work Location : Umm AL Quwain, UAE.
