Job Opportunity: Call Center Associates

* Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate communication with customers.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Provide feedback on common customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance the service experience.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and report preparation.
Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to offer accurate and up-to-date information.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve call center goals and targets.

* Requirements:

Proven experience as a call center associate or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using call center software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
