Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and spreadsheets
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform regular data quality checks and corrections as needed
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
Assist with administrative tasks as required
Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in data entry or administrative support preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management software
Fast and accurate typing skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
