Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaner/Janitor. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized environment for our employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize all designated areas of the facility, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or scrub floors as needed.
Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
Refill soap dispensers, hand towels, and toilet paper as needed.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:
Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning duties.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
