What is a walk-in interviews?

A walk-in interview is a type of job interview where the applicant shows up at the employer’s place of business without an appointment, with the hope of being interviewed on the spot. This type of interview is typically used for entry-level or low-skilled positions, where the hiring process is less formal and the employer is looking to fill the position quickly.

In a walk-in interview, the applicant typically fills out a job application and then meets with a member of the hiring team for a brief interview. The employer may make a job offer on the spot, or the applicant may be scheduled for a follow-up interview at a later date.
