Warehouse Manager

Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to optimize workflow, minimize errors, and maximize productivity.
Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
Coordinate with purchasing and procurement teams to maintain adequate inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
Supervise and train warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
