We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. In this role, you will provide excellent service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Process payments and handle cash transactions
Assist with setting up and clearing tables
Collaborate with other staff to ensure efficient service

Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Reliable and punctual
