Job Description:
We are looking for friendly and attentive Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your warm and welcoming demeanor, along with your knowledge of our menu, will help create memorable moments for our customers. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.
Present menus and assist customers in making food and beverage choices.
Take and accurately record food and drink orders from guests.
Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure they are served correctly.
Provide recommendations and descriptions of menu items to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs and addressing any concerns.
Prepare and set up dining areas for service, including arranging tables and place settings.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Process guest payments, issue receipts, and handle cash and credit card transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them.
Uphold sanitation and safety standards in accordance with restaurant policies.
Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Positive attitude and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
A commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment.
