Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and attentive Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and drink options.
Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for different shifts and events.
Ensure that guests have a positive and enjoyable dining experience.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of service.
Good physical stamina and ability to handle a high volume of orders.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
