Description

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items and specials.
Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns.
Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.
Clean and set up dining areas, including tables, chairs, and tableware.
Assist with stocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
UAE residency or work permit.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
