Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiters and Waitresses to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and offer detailed information on the dishes and beverages available.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure that guests’ dining experience is enjoyable.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive and professional attitude.
Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A friendly and customer-focused attitude.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairings and service etiquette.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in hospitality is a plus.
