We are looking for friendly and attentive Waiters/Waitresses who can provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and escort customers to their tables.
Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes and beverages.
Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Monitor guests’ dining experience, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure during busy service hours.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A team player with a positive attitude.
