Warehouse Assistant

Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring proper handling of products and materials.
Check incoming and outgoing shipments against orders and invoices to verify accuracy.
Label and stock inventory according to company standards and procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including shelving and storage areas.
Pick and pack orders accurately and prepare them for shipment.
Perform regular inventory counts and stock checks to ensure accuracy.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines and warehouse best practices.
Assist with other warehouse tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a warehouse assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
