Urgently Required Barista

Description

We are looking for a Barista for a cafe/restaurant in Dubai. Baristas are responsible for making quality beverages, generally speciality hot drinks, preparing food orders, working the cash register, and cleaning and stocking the store. Baristas must do all of these tasks quickly and efficiently while also making sure to form good customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
Responsible in maintaining high standards of food and beverage services to customers.
Experience in Barista & good understanding of coffee making and juice maker with experience in making healthy juices and shakes.
Prepare and serve Tea, Coffee/juice to Guests and customers at counter.
Operate Juice and Coffee equipment.

Job Specification:
Good communication skills in English and should have experience as a Barista /Juice maker in reputed/large restaurant in UAE/Gulf.
High school / Bachelors degree; additional certification in hotel/restaurant is a plus.

Ability to communicate with all the customers
Demands high level of commitment to customers/ guest
Job requires being sensitive to others’ needs and feelings and being understanding and helpful on the job.
Being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natures, cooperative attitude.
Experience minimum 3 years
