Description

• Receive client orders and enquiries by means of E-Mail, fax, phone. Review the enquires and/or LPOs to make sure that all required information’s has been provided (LPO No :, Delivery Date and Location, Order Quantity, Packaging and Price Log) then forwarded all the orders to accounts for invoicing.• Coordinate with logistics to make sure that all deliveries have been dispatched including urgent deliveries, if any.• Check daily out of stock situation which fails to meet the customer’s orders and inform to the sales team and follow up with production procurement department for immediate solutions.• Generate stocks Cost Sheet report and send to the sales team.• Divert incoming sales calls and potential new business opportunities to the sales person concerned.• Generate customer turnover.• Generate report of Product sales (yearly, Quarterly, monthly and daily) using excel (V-Lookup, H-Look up and Pivot table).• Prepare and analyze the monthly bulk price list and forward it to key account manager for approval and send it to the concerned sales rep. to deliver to the customer need.• Efficiently and harmoniously respond to any queries through email and telephone.• Provide and then follows up sales quotations made for clients.• Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery of the goods to the clients.• Manage and Monitor the stock list.• Understand and drive selection of new product designs to be launched in the market.• Checking the accuracy of LPO received against quotation.• Managing sales orders, logistics operations and customer service operations to ensure customer satisfaction.• Drafting lead attribution spreadsheet & data for weekly sales & purchase reports.• Assist in new product development process like product design and pricing.• Establish effective work relationships with customers to obtain new sales and business development opportunities.• Conduct market survey to increase the brand reach, polishing existing customer data base which leads in increased customer base.• Submit accurate and timely forecasts of sales.Benefits: • Visa: Provided by the company with medical insurance • Mobile : Provided by the company. • Yearly 30 days Paid leave with 1 Airplane return ticket to home country
